Objective: With a view to unifying the content and objectives of after-sales service of Yongkang Lilaisi Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. over the country, the following pact is specially developed by combining the relevant regulations:
1. Functions of Lilaisi Service Center:
(1) To provide quality maintenance and consulting services for all Lilaisi electric vehicle customers and detailedly guide the customers to operate the vehicles;
(2) Warmly receive customers, promptly solve difficulties for them and provide maintenance service for users if any quality problem of Lilaisi electric vehicle they have purchased arises,
2、Warranty Range
(1) Unartificial sealing-off of frame and front fork within the warranty period. Quality problem of controller, motor, battery, charger, power-off brake and timing handle within the warranty period.
3、Free Parts Range and Warranty Period
(1) Parts that break down and can not be repaired
(2) Parts out of the warranty range: inner and outer tyres, brake pad, brake cables, wires, vegetable basket, lamps, rearview mirror, and so on.
(3) One-year warranty for controller, charger, front and rear forks; six-month warranty for charger converter, timing handle, power-off brake, instruments, air switch and so on.
(4) One-year warranty for brush motor
(5) Three-year warranty for brushless motor and two years for electric motorbike
(6) Fourteen month-warranty for 36V10AH battery
(7) Twelve-month warranty for 36v14AH/48V10AH/14AH/20AH motor batteries
(8) Eight-month warranty for 48V20AH electric motorbike battery
(9) All should be strictly implemented according to the warranty brochure
4、Lilaisi Electric Motors out of the Warranty Range
(1) Faults caused by operation or maintenance that disobey the instruction
(2) The user’s own modified part beyond the product use scope
(3) Damages caused by accident or chemical substances
(4) The use of non-original parts
(5) Faults caused by maintenance by others but not Lilaisi Service Center
(6) Parts that normally wear down

(1) Please show the effective invoices and warranty cards corresponding to the products
(2) Please contact vendor or service center nearby
